Deconstructed Bounty Easter Treat

 

These yummy bars are a great home made  alternative for an Easter treat

8 tbsp melted coconut oil
75g dessicated coconut
1-2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
1 bar green & blacks dark chocolate

 

Combine first 3 ingredients & mix until nice & soft. You might need to add a little more coconut if too runny. Spoon mixture into shallow dish & press down firmly. Freeze for about 10 mins or until set. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water & stir until melted. Pour over coconut mixture & put back in freezer till set. When ready to serve bring back to room temperature & cut into small pieces. Enjoy x
