quick tips to getting lean &
maintaining all of your hard work
through December.
It’s so tempting to say……
“Oh its Christmas I’ll eat……xyz”(Anything & Everything)
But, YOU have worked so hard
all year on your nutrition, fitness
& mindset don’t mess it up
instead,you can sail through
Christmas by just adjusting a
few things.
I was at a fantastic seminar yesterday
with Fatloss & Nutrition expert Phil Richards
& as ever I am soo inspired to pass
on all the latest updates & research to you.
Here are some really interesting
facts to keep in mind when making
your healthy choices.
1: Coffee
On Kick Start Detox we
advise you to give it up for
maximum fatloss & better results.
But the cold turkey your experience
can be horrendous.
Personally,
I LOVE coffee & miss
it so much BUT the research
is so conclusive….
It stopped me
from getting
my usual double espresso
this morning 🙂
* Coffee is a drug & is a highly
sprayed crop with pesticides.
So as you sip your morning latte,
you are also sipping
delicious pesticides that have
the coffee beans have been sprayed with….
Nice!
* Coffee stimulates your adrenal glands
& there are studies to show
that it will elevate oestrogen
levels which can worsen endometriosis
& breast pain.
* Coffee also restricts blood flow to the brain:
The more you drink the bigger the
effect
on the frontal
cortex of the brain.
This controls the capacity to plan, concentrate
conduct higher level thinking & behaviour.

Here are a few more tips to keep in mind
this December
1: Choose Almond, Hazelnut, Coconut milk
over cows milk.
2: Use coconut oil to cook with & virgin
olive oil to dress food with.
3:Struggling to get all your greens in?
Try Juicing your veggies. Here’s

4:For fatloss stop snacking & grazing
though the day. Eat 3 meals only & after your
evening meal, close that kitchen!
5: Sleep is key. Too little sleep, waking up tired,
not going to bed early will cause your cortisol
to rise & get your craving carbs & sugar
like a maniac.
6: Fruit contains sugar so you need to go easy
on fruit.
Fruit is the reason many people
“think” they are eating healthy, because they eat
loads of fruit, but continue to put weight on.
Fruit is natures candy.
Fruit will cause a huge hormonal spike so eat more
vegetables & a lot less fruit.
Invest in your health.
It really is the best investment you will ever make!
