For those of you who did my No Sugar September how are you coping with all the chocolates, treats & yummy Christmas food.?
Do you just GO FOR IT and eat everything or do you put the reigns on?
If you have been sugar free for a while you know that if you do eat it you feel pretty crappy, usually feeling bloated, sicky, headachy.
so what’s your game plan this Christmas?
How are you getting on with kicking sugar out of your diet?
It’s such a tricky one that keeps creeping back in.
