Kick Start Pop Up Launch Nottingham

WOW what a night! We are so proud after all the hard work to reveal our new Pop Up fitness studio in Nottingham!

The night started with fresh juices including raspberry and orange, pear and thyme and an ultimate green juice. The fresh organic fruit and vegetables we used to make these juices were supplied by a local organic farm called Trinity Farm.

We then moved onto a talk from the inspirational Gary , from Ilkeston, who had lost weight with KSFL over the last 3 years and has since got a modelling contract!

Rachel introduced the new KSFL Clean Christmas Cook Book which was a real hit with the crowd looking to find a clean way of eating at Christmas time!

Then onto the buffet… cucumber canapés, chocolate cupcakes and chocolates brownies were just a few of the clean treats to try!

Overall a fantastic evening, thank you to everyone who attended and have supported us so far in this project and we would love to thank the local businesses who have helped us set up this new concept:

Lakeland for supplying us with some fantastic gadgets so that we can run our cafe!

Trinity farm for the beautiful and fresh organic food.

Sound dynamics for the professional sound system and lighting which really gives the studio a party vibe!
