High intensity interval training is a big part of our KSFL programme and is the most flexible and effective workout to fit into any lifestyle.
But not everyone is doing an EFFECTIVE HIIT workout…what you may not know is the best mix is HIGH intensity and LOW volume- You cannot perform at the highest intensity if it is a long workout so these should instead be short sharp blasts. We suggest 10 minutes.
It is important not to push the workout for too long as this can cause injury and you won’t be working to the correct intensity.
