Get Moving
Whether it be one of our morning HIIT routines or a class at your gym, you don’t have to do the most intense exercise to reap the benefits. Try yoga or pilates to help relieve anxiety/stress. Aim for 10,000 steps a day- walking is also great for your mental and physical health.
Be present
Have you tried meditation? Focus on the moment and close your eyes, taking deep breaths. This is a great way to instantly calm you.
Sort out your diet
Food and mood are greatly linked… what you eat will effect how stressed you feel. If you suffer with anxiety try and cut out stimulants such as caffeine. Ditch the sugar and processed food; eat plenty of greens to get the nutrients you need the natural way.
