If you aren’t too keen on adding banana or avocado to make a creamy smoothie… then cauliflower could be your answer and the taste isn’t too strong!
Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C and fibre which help improve skin and keep you fuller for longer so are a great addition.
Cauliflower smoothie recipe
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1. Blend everything together and sip sip sip away!
