Fran Flin is one of the most successful Kick Start coaches she runs an extensive class timetable and online Kick Start programmes in Orpington.

I’m Fran, the Kick Start Coach for Orpington! Mum to 3 girls, Nan to my lovely little Frank and also a firefighter! I’m into health, fitness and fun! I run a busy group fitness timetable in the community and also Kick Start online, which compliments this perfectly! Excited about Elevate for the New Year … love bringing this life changing programme to “diet weary” women – its a complete reset on negative attitudes to food! It’s so exciting being a part of people’s journey 😊
