Omg Im desperate for some help. I have a very healthy diet mostly plant based, walk for miles with my dog, just returned to the gym after a back injury and the pounds/inches around the waist keep rolling on. Im so frustrated!! I feel like I’m fighting a battle that can’t be won. So I’m looking forward to your programme starting on Monday xx

Thank you for the free 14 day Meno challenge. I finished challenge – doing the workouts everyday first thing in the morning, felt really good and will keep to the habit, but can I still access the workouts after the challenge has finished? I have tried on the website but with no success.
Meno-bum! I wondered where my bum had gone! Thank you reminding me about muscle atrophy.
