The schools are back and normal life is slowly resuming after a brilliant summer☀️
Therefore if you are using today as an opportunity to begin “thinking” 🤔about your return to fitness and getting back on the health train I’ve added some simple home 🏡😍workouts you can easily begin this week on my IGTV and YOUTUBE.
For busy people, never quite making the time for a workout becomes the norm. It’s often pushed to the end of the day and a million other things always seem to be much more important.
So here are my quick tips for getting your workout in even if you are the busiest person on the planet:
1: Create a workout area at home – A spare room, your bedroom, the garage, a shed, the outside patio…anywhere you can “own” a bit of space.
:
2: Invest in some basic equipment.
Beg, borrow, steal or find on Amazon or Ebay weights, kettlebell, stability ball, a step, skipping rope, mini band and you are good to go.
:
;
3: You need to create as little friction and barriers as possible to your workout so you basically roll out of bed pull on your sports bra and head to your workout space, phone or ipad in hand ready to do a workout for 12 – 15 minutes.
:
4: You HAVE to push yourself to set your alarm for 20 minutes earlier than normal and get it done.
Establish the habit NOW before the dark mornings set in 🙂 :
WHY?
:
By working out early at home you have DONE IT.
Whatever the day throws at you, it’s cool, you can walk around with a smug smile thinking…YEP. I’ve done my workout. It’s in the bag.
:
When you push yourself to exercise it gives you an abundance of self-confidence and a sense of achievement, it really sets you up for the day – mentally and physically.

If you get chance to do any additional workouts/classes in the day then BRILLIANT see that as a bonus but your early morning home workout is like brushing your hair or having a shower it’s part of your morning routine!
